I do not know which ruler it is.

It is a "ceitil", no doubt.
Identify the ruler seems to be very difficult, especially for a beginner like me.
I found a site (in Portuguese, sorry) with many pictures of "ceitil" coins and could not see any particular characteristic of each ruler.

The shape and number of the waves can help.
Compare the readable characters of you coin with the pictures on that site.
I think it looks much like Alfonso

I think you're right.
Compared with all the pictures of all the rulers, it was Alfonso I found the best similarities.Even in one or two letters around the castle.
