Why do we have a new country called Puntland and it's at the bottom of the country list as a heading by itself?

Puntland is actually an autonomous region located in Somalia.

Somaliland actually seceded from Somalia in 1991,as a result of a conflict that began in the late 1980's.
Somaliland is also a former British protectorate called the British Somaliland Protectorate;
