I was named a co-referee about 2 months ago and thought I would give all members the "heads up".
Most important, I have changed all the Primary reference #'s to a default based on the 8th Edition of the Charlton Standard Catalogue "Canadian Colonial Tokens". I purchased P.N. Breton's "Illustrated History of Coins and Tokens" but felt it was lacking in one major respect; technical data. Not surprising for a reprint of a catalogue first published in 1894. Yes I know, most auctions and collectors still quote the Breton #'s but, we've learned quite a bit in the last 120 years.
I have added about 80 coins/varieties, updated almost all the existing entries, and I encourage all collectors (owners) to review their items as some duplicates will be deleted. Also, I have tried to stay true to other contributors so, it may seem somewhat "jumbled" in some areas.
This has been more work than I anticipated. Yet, I am still focused on improvements including some nice"pictures" of a numismatic outlier.
Lastly, I am fairly low maintenance so your ideas, comments, and feelings will all be taken into account and I am usually available every week for questions.
Enjoy!!!!

Thanks for all your work, Peter. I have some of the coins for which pictures are missing, but they are in PNG (not JPG) and not on a white background, and therefore not fitting the criteria in the guidelines. So, I'll need to make new pictures.

Photoscape (which is a free download) will allow you to open PNG files, perform a circular crop (to eliminate any background), and it will then let you save the result as a JPG file.

If you cant crop, other members can do it, so not a big issue
Manually change your pix extension from .png to .jpg and Numista server will accept the pix.
Then someone shall crop them
issue solved :)
