I'm not sure though, look at the lines at the left, top and right of the coat of arms on mine. They extend to the outer edges of the coin?

Are they not die cracks?

Yes, that is the link I mentioned earlier.
And yes they look like four die cracks - at 12, 2, 7, and 10 o'clock.
As some India coins were minted in large numbers the dies crack eventually.
Here is a similar coin with one crack starting at 2 o'clock ...
