I just added a Cologne Shop in Outings (https://en.numista.com/outings/kolner-munzkabinett-koln-703.html).
Unfortunately I can't give too many details about their prices, as it was closed.
Check their website to make an idea about it.

Thats the shop from Till Kroha, they sell very nice high quality coins. Price probably not so cheapz)

For Köln, check out Münzhandlung Knopek, Alter Markt 55. It is a five minute walk from the Cathedral and central station.
