The idea to hopefully have a constant turnover of small funds going to help Phil:
The idea is that I donate a coin or small lot of coins for purchase for US$5-$10 and offer free postage.

The person who wants to buy it pays the money into Phil's Paypal account then sends the seller their address and proof of payment.

Then the purchaser comes back to this thread and make a donation of a coin or small lot of their own for someone else to buy, and the cycle continues.

Buy a coin, donate a coin
