Coins not received

I have two swaps still open after six weeks and have not received the coins. They both swear they sent them. What if anything can I do to help fix this? One is a small swap but the other one had lots of dollar coins.
Thanks

I don't know either what feedback I must give when I don't receive any coin. I can't give any star cause I didn't receive any coin, I can't blame my correspondant cause I accepted or requested a non registered mail, and there is no possibility to give a "non rated" feedback.
So I ask myself the same question as kfranklin ...

I guess if I wasn't going to leave any feedback under these circumstances then I would just select the "Hide in swap monitor" option and forget about it.
I think I would do what SVR suggested. There's an ongoing exchange with someone I've dealt with before and both of us haven't received yet from each other though it's been over a month. I'm just going to propose we don't rate each other because anything other than a 5 star rating ruins both our perfect 10/10 rating so far
I would have given no rating, because it is not the swapper's fault of the tracking no. goes right.
But yes, one member had given me 15 tracking numbers :8D and asked for my coins, I suspected him and I did not send his coins.

ALAS, my suspicion got right, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED HIS COINS.

Now, over 6 months have had passed and he is not even reading my message despite he know that he did wrong.
It is tensing, many problems have a good solution....others to sad end.

And for some silly pocket exchange, except no coins, I have two 0/10 ratings......

that's good advice. It does suck!
Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

Looking for pre 1783 coins

Some years ago I made a swap 2€ against 2€.
Unregistered mail because of the low value. Both letters didn´t arrived. I thought: very suspicious. But there was no reason to trust.
I didn´t rate the member.
Some month ago I visited his profil and I saw there were a lot of swaps where the letters didn´t arrive. Now I know he had fooled me.
If I saw swaps without rating with the info of lost letters I wouln´t swap.
But of course I don´t want to blame a swap partner for mistakes of the mailsystem...
I don´t know the right answer...

There is indeed a "no grade" feedback possibility. That doesn't effect a perfect 10.0/10.0 rating, but it gives info about lost shipments and this can help future swappers. If there are too many "no grade" feedbacks because of lost shipments, they know it's suspicious. If you don't give any feedback because the coins didn't arrive, nobody will know.
