Can someone help me identify this coin
the unique identifier seems to be the three stars on the reverse side at the top.....

it is not turkish.

it is an egyptian 2 qirsh of 1885. Nice silver coin :) Here is the link

It is Egyptian, though at the time Egypt was an autonomous state of the Ottoman empire, though was also a protectorate of the British Empire.

So I guess you have a two in one coin (Ottoman and Egyptian).
