Pictures show a coin dated 1915, yet there is no year line for that year.

The coin pictured on that page is actually KM#Pn4, an Essai, not the KM#19. Here is the link to the Heritage Auction page. Here is the real KM#19 that doesn't have "ESSAI" on it.

Correct. The 1915 series were a trial strike.
