Mint marks "P" & "S" for KM# 318 1941 Netherlands East Indies 1/10 Gulden? [solved]

Anybody out there know what mints we are talking about? Are these US mints? The mint marks are not covered in the listing for this coins. Thanks.
Yes, P and S mint marks mean Philadelphia and San Francisco mints. As you know Utrecht was occupied by Germany in 1941 and coins for Dutch colonies were minted in the US.
