Seems something Italian maybe from Savoy or Sardinia.

I think I could find the coin if the 2nd picture was rotated in the simlar way of picture 1.

I think it's a spanish maravedis under Felipe (IV ?), probably minted at Sevilla if the mintmark is a S.
