Help identify please. I believe they are Indian states. I can only read partial script.

coin 1 15 mm, 8.0 g.

coin 2 17mm, 9.6 g

​The obverse is very close except for the bottom line. The reverse appears quite different. I'll try to get better and magnified photos.
