What kind of error is it within the red circle? Has it anything to do with the die crack right above it or are these 2 separate errors?

In my opinion it are just 2 different errors, who are on the same place, coincidentely.
...you can run,  but you can't hide...

Now it's better to see that are indeed exactly the same errors on your coin as on mine.
But I still don't know what kind of error it is beneath the die crack.
