You forgot to list the year 1968.
I have this coin in extremely fine condition, obtained from a collector in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
I don't have a scanner, and my camera phone wouldn't do this coin any justice,
but I searched Google and found it. It's the third image when typing "5 Swiss franc 1968" in Google images.

So a batch must have been released in 1968.
I'd be glad if you could add this year into Numista's database so I can properly catalogue it.
