Question about a coin-It is set in a travel watch

I have a coin, Ioannes Pavlov’s II. P.M. AN
XIX MCMXCVII. The coin is on one side and there is working watch on the other side. I believe it’s called a travel clock. Was wondering if anyone has ever seen something like this.

This is the coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces12174.html

I haven't personally seen this exact manner of using a coin as decoration, but I've definitely seen watches with the face being a coin. Pretty cool if you ask me.
