Please help me identify this coin:

Thank you.
Welcome to Numista!!!
'In the name of Shah Alam II'
mintplace on the bottom of left picture (off flan)
visible 'Zarb-i' (struck at)
Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
Thanks.

Is the coin a rupee or 1/2 rupee or ? Is there a time period on this coin?
Do you know what are all of the other marks? Is there a place to look up the translations?

Thanks for your help.
In the photo the coin appears to be copper, though photos can affect the color so you should decide if it's copper or silver. If it's a copper coin, this is a paisa or fractional paisa or falus or anna rather than a rupee or fractional rupee, which are silver. It looks like there's a number 3 on the upper right of the first photo. Taking PetrusAscanus' observation that it's in the name of Shah Alam II (which I'm not knowledgeable enough to read or confirm), this would put it the range of 1759-1806 AD. It could be Mughal or from a Native State (an independent kingdom or princely state). If you could post a weight and diameter those would help to identify it.
The coin is silver.
Diameter: 19.1 mm
Weight: 11.7g

Thanks
Looks like this: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces65822.html
I agree. It does look like a silver rupee of Shah Alam II as in the link from Arusak (good identification, everyone). The strike is low on the flan, and as usual it's a different die so slightly different calligraphy, but the elements are there. The number in the upper right could be a partial 4 instead of a 3, which would match the only year listed for this coin, 46.
Thank you everyone. This coin was handed down to me in a wooden puzzle box. My family comes from Baroda, India. It is a good keepsake...

Thank you again.
