Fake or Real? 1779 8-R

I bought this today, and sadly I’m not too familiar with the coins I want to collect the most....
hopefully y’all can help.

It’s silver and it’s 40 mm and approximately 2.3 mm. My scale reads 26.9, that’s my concern.
My sale is not a high end super accurate scale, so that might be the problem.
And what would you value it at?

and I’ll get a better photo of the rim in some better lighting.
Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

Looking for pre 1783 coins
Looks real enough to me; it's got a nice bit of toning on both surfaces.

Can't give you a value, but good find! I hope to get one of those in Spain.

Indeed, I am tempted to say it is genuine!
