I primarily collect vintage notes (before 1945 for most countries), rather than modern notes. Glad you're enjoying them.

These issues were printed by the Free French (as evidenced by the Croix de Lorraine on the back) during WWII.

Always good to hear that other good people are enjoying the things I post!

As for your own banknotes, a bit of patience and luck should help anyone get a decent collection going (it helps to have well-off and generous family, but I understand not everyone can count on that

)

Anyway, next up tomorrow is New Zealand, which more people probably have.
