Help with a Sasanian Empire piece [solved]

Comrades of the Numista, I acquired the photograph below.
Despite the envelope that accompanied the piece, the information in it did not inspire confidence. Looking for the Numista I believe that the piece in question is the one of the link below. In the image the detail of the date that I understood to be correct.
I ask the help of someone who has mastered this kind of material to help me classify the piece accurately.

There are very few details on obverse but the ruler does seems to be Hormazd IV
On the reverse the mint is Meshan (MY) and the regnal year seems to be RY#11
