Anybody knows what is the story behind those? And where they should go in the catalogue?

My opinion is that they should stay there (it would be kind of redundant to move them to Netherlands East Indies given that they were never issued), and be marked as "Trial Strike" with explaination given in comments.

Only the coins meant for circulation are in the catalog at the moment.
So the 5 Sen has the wrong picture of the silver trial instead of the aluminium one.

Yes indeed as Trial coinage even if it's just for completeness sake as they seem to be unique or at the least extremly rare.
