I have this coin in a proof quality, in a glass case.
However, Numista's catalog does not list any proof issues for that year:

Something makes me think that it is NOT a silver-proof issue:

Can I be wrong, or does the catalog need an update?

Perhaps I should add that I have the original Royal Canadian Mint's casing that also says that the coin is a proof, not a regular issue.
