often (at least to me) it happens that I selected a coin out of an other collector's swap list into a swap that later become out of scope. Either because I do not want it anymore or it is already gone, or whatever...
Maybe I have not found it yet if it exists, but I would appreciate to have a functionality to remove such coins out of the swaps again. I have swaps that in the end had 20 coins moving but 100 in the swaplist, which makes it rather confusing to handle.
Also I do appreciate the new functionality that shows whether a certain coin is already involved in another swap which prevents me from swapping it again erroneously. But even if that coin is not finally swapped in the first swap, the flag remains active in any future swaps.
As said, maybe there already are solutions for this, that I am not aware of. If not, these may be topics to consider...

Hi Bavariat — I am a new Numista user and have just completed my first swap. It appears to me that after completing my 1st swap, Numista does not automatically flag or delete my "outbound" coins. It appears that I must manually delete them from my collection. Is this generally true for all Numista users?
If so, this makes the task of maintaining an accurate "window" for other collectors more difficult than I realized. I will assume that manually editing/deleting out swapped coins is my responsibility.
In the 5+ weeks since you posted your question, have you found any other (or better) solutions? Indeed it would be very helpful for Numista to at least track completed swaps, and flag any collector's "outbound" coins from their collection as "swap completed" or "pending removal". Something like that would make it clear to all other collectors that a targeted collector's recently swapped coins may not be (or indeed are not) available.

I already find it confusing that I cannot track the changes that are made in a swap, unless the partner sends me a message explaining what was selected/unselected. So the possibility of making coins disappear altogether is pretty scary ... Having the possibility to delete a coin that is selected by either party is definitely no-go!
The easiest option might be to add a button "hide unselected coins", like that you can just make the ones that neither of the partners have selected (and are thus of no interest anymore) can just be hidden out of view (but can return if necessary).
