This looks quite like the monogram of Queen Marie Antoinette so it should be French if I'm right.

​Possibly, but if so that is a crown I have yet to see appear on anything related to French royalty... you and I seem to be thinking on the same lines; my first thought was Danish (Magarethe II), although that monogram looks a bit different.

The colour makes me think of the Hellenic Kingdom (Greece), but that's just going out on a limb here.
