Hello, all. In my opinion, buying a coin like this without a certificate of authenticity is the same as buying a lottery. The weight of this coin is 23.34 g. I hope someone says this is a mistake that often occurs in China coins.

Easy solution to that: don't buy "lottery tickets". :°

Normally I would ask you to provide clearer photos, as well of some of the reverse, but in this case I can say it's a straight up fake.

The year 8 (1919) only has the obverse type with seven characters above the portrait (incl. the last one "造"), so yours is an impossible type.
oh ... now i understand. this character "造" causes the weight of the coin to decrease

Um, no, that wasn't what I said. :.

That character is present on all Fat Man dollars of the date 1919 (中華民國八年). There is no six character variant for this date, and it's not like the last character was worn off on your coin or anything; the character "年" is positioned in a different way than it should be on the real coin.

So it's not like the absence of the character makes the coin underweight, but it does indicate it is a fake that probably was made by a forger who didn't read up on this coin. It being underweight only hammers home a point that has already been proven.

I think he was being facetious
What? Me Worry
Now I understand. You will definitely say this coin is also fake
because it should only have six characters. I hope this is a very rare coin:8D8)
Yup, now you understand; that's the essence of it!

(Basically the exact opposite of the mistake made by the forger for the first coin, which has six characters but is supposed to have seven.) :D
How many of them do you want??;)

Did you try a magnet?

This coin does not react to magnets
You will never find a "1914" coin with seven characters.
I'm tired of looking for it. And don't find the same even though it's a fake coin

Expect to pay at least 80 euro for a circulated example of a common date for this one, that's what someone told me.
all your opinions are the best. I will turn this coin into a silver ring
How, when it isn't silver?

the coin passed the magnetic test ,when I knock it with a screwdriver. his voice was clinking and long. I remember. The sound was like a bell from my grandfather's bicycle. When I was a kid
clinking like echoing

The coins seem to be broken because of too often, collisions, I like the sound of these coins
and I tested it on ice. Ice melts very fast, in my opinion, this coin is very worthy of being made into a ring
because he is just a fake coin, it seems like that X-D
