do you know something about the provenance?
I think it is strange that they all are smudged with some white stuff (gypsum?)

​It's common for spanish coins, it's due to the paticular soil where we usually find them.

Islamic fals, oriental roman nummus and spanish low denomination are often found like that.

Regarding the condition, I had say
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15 > VF
7, 9, 12, (16) > F
10, (16) > VG
11 > G ?

13 ? Not sure, I think it was double struck
