Hi fellow collectors!
As I cannot find the rules, I will ask here:
What happens when the envelope with coins that I sent did not arrive? I have sent it 3 weeks ago by regular priority mail, and usually it takes 3-7 days for coin shipment within the EU. Unfortunately my swap partner did not receive the coins yet. So, I am afraid the shipment got lost on the way.
Can you please advise what are the appropriate actions in such case?
