The first partial answer is 27. so please edit all quickly if you have miscalculated.
But now it is going to be devilishly difficult
As we all know there is at least one mystical being in every better magic potion. For undoing the shift in dimensions potion there is a flying cow needed.
How much do all ingredients weigh together now?
luckily the clumsy art historian forgot to return some more books to the library. i think with the iNfOrmatiOn in there you can solve the riddle and undo the dimensional shift.
i don't know much about it, but i think the first one is about vikings and the others are ugly african paintings. Do these percentages result in anything for the Vikings? Were they even able to do that back then? Calculate percentages?
I would say as this is a devilish difficulty story, that the flying cow would turn into the devil himself and become a carnivorous flying cow and eat the dog and the cat and the cute rabbit alive with intestants and blood and all and then fly away so the weight would be actually 0

I go for 0 too (or rather O). For the reason that Ken mentioned.. but also because I am a sucker for subliminal messages. The key is in the word “iNfOrmatiOn” which is highlighting “NOO” which could mean “nothing” or “null”. Or where we only consider the vowels which are 00 and therefore nothing. Or the consonant which is “N” where we know that N is a dummy number such as “to the power of n” and therefore has no value on its own.
now that I’ve given my stupid answer, unlock level 4 part A @muenzenhamster!
Quote: "Muenzenhamster"A little motivation aid. Here again the prize money. This puzzle is harder than the first but it is also about a lot of money
Yesterday i also visited the shelter.
There is prize money xD?
Don't let the kitten starf, they are more tasy if you keep them fed to be honest, I am sure the flying cow will agree!
Quote: "Muenzenhamster"@salaction: yes, the highest pricemoney in numista history.
just a reminder: when the forum is stuck you can consult the yellow seahorse
Did the Yellow Seahorse come across the Yellow Submarine? In that case the answer might be with the Beatles whom did a concert at the Cow Palace :O
After consulting that sea horse, it gave me an answer that should satisfy everyone. First off, my answer of 0 was only partial, because that flying cow only weights 0. However, she did not indeed eat those other creatures as some may imagine. If they all survived, then its 27. However, if she did, then its -27 (0-27). So its a spectrum of weights possibly between -27 to 27 depending on whether she went on a diet.
Also, the sea horse reminded me of the canned hyenas which you were selling. Now, couldn't those be fed to the kitty and not let it starve. Trumps tariffs are hitting China hard, and with the their economy slowing down and therefore demand, i'm sure you have a couple cans to spare?
So my answer is -27 or 0 or 27 or "whatever Hamster finally says it is" (the seahorse also told me to hedge my bets)
Maybe it’s wrong, but maybe his way of thinking would give me new insights :)
My way of thinking was far from logic, like in the "A Beautiful Mind"... But if we look at the first post there is "Do these percentages result in anything for the Vikings? Were they even able to do that back then? Calculate percentages?".
The percentages in the table in non-Chinese book looks like the percentage from the elections in some Russian regions - the sums of percentages sometimes are more then 100% (e.g. 110% in Finland). This is the only strange thing I noticed in the books...
We need somebody who can read Chinese.
BTW, @Hamster: please return links to the pictures. Now I can't see anything there.
My personal list of scammers from Numista: erniemix, yvain, CassTaylor
27 kg + 450 kg - 24 quarts ((22.7125 liters) (*1032g/ml density))
(cause Lindbergh and some other spectators drank it)
Where 450 kg is the average weight of a Jersey cow.
Therefore the "Not-Wrong Answer" is 453.560 kg appx.
(see "flying queen" the first flying cow for more info)
I collect anything: If it's Italian or Italian states i collect it even more!

Im happy to help you out!!
After I was summoned to help 2 times I demand a coin from the prize money as a sacrifice. (This has been set by the magical seahorse union in the latest revision of the guidelines.)
Plus for obvious solutions there is a special obulus of another silver coin to pay.
Find below my hint on the picture
You may cast me anytime as i am which such good payment always at your service.
Hamster here:
I fear if the forum too often conjures up the seahorse there won't be much left of the highest prize money in Numista History. Rather a disgrace like in the last MPCC will be paid out.
But what do I know. To consult the seahorse is always very coincidental.
This time everything was shifted by 3. Ashlobo recognized a small hint but was unable to apply it correctly. Funny also that neilithic saw only trump in the picture but did not see the real solution.
download picture with the dancing apsaras, then go windows explorer, click on properties, retrieve exif data.
text is shifted by 3 because 3 capital letters in Information.
Beyond my detective skills. Maybe I might invoke Mr.Seahorse enough number of times to remove all the prizes if I feel like throwing a tantrum because I can’t understand how to solve these lol
