Samuel - I don't think it will have a KM# number.
Those are for coins, which yours is not. As it has no country or denomination.
That said, I (or other members of course) will still try to find out more about it.
Lettering I think is -
Obverse: PRO ARIS ET FOCIS [Translation: "For altar and hearth"]
Reverse: GLORIA IN EXCELSIS DEO 1739
Alternative obverse translations -
(for the sake of, or defense of, religion and home) or (for hearth and home).
Your title of Netherlands may well be correct, and Utrecht appears in searches.
There was a coin book ("Selectus Diploma tum et Numismatum Scotiae Thesaurus", a splendid folio volume) in 1739, and a 200-year anniversay thereof 1739-1939 which may be when it was made.
Descriptions -
Obverse: 'Lion rampant on pavement; his left paw rests on shield' 'oval shield'
'the shield is surrounded by flowering garland' '... holding in his dexter paw a sword Argent'
'a sword erect, hilted and pommelled'
Reverse: 'Within ornamental sixfoil compartment'
All above are guesses / quotes - and I know you didn't ask to find out all the information that I write ! Hope someone else can find something. What size is it ?
