Not necessarily coiny... unless you collect Gibraltar crowns... but this happened at my school. My class has been expressing interest in how far away the news story has travelled...

I dont have a link. Just Google dog attacks OKC school children.
it's all crazy. A lot of kids were injured. But the public seems more concerned for the dog. They hate expressed to the kids and we teachers is stunning.

You would think. But it was a pitbull. Sent 12 students to the hospital. It was national over here. This breed seems to be equally loved and hated. It has been a polarizing event. My class has found articles and newscasts from coast to coast so far. Just checking if the news had been reported elsewhere.

Quote: "ngdawa"dog attacks school children? sounds more like local news than anything that would interest people in the rest of the world..
Agreed, incidents happen everywhere.
Few years ago a child escaped the attention of adults at my school and managed to climb on a sculpture ; the sculpture fall apart resulting of its death. Localy it was a big tragedy (investigators, newspapermen and processions were the everyday routine during the whole week) but it barely made the national news.
