That's all I know I don't know the history of the coin
I look over the internet in many auctions
And all I found are similar coins but the writing at the backside are different
If you can help I would be greatfull

Hello,
It's the different of the officina and the regnal year :

"IA" monogram (right field) for the year 11.
The "Z" at the end of the legend stands for the 7th officina of Constantinople.
