India? Some gold coloring, maybe worn off.
Any help would be appreciated!
Jewish coin: The Hasmoneans, Alexander Jannaeus (104/3 – 76 BC).
The anchor side should be rotated 180 degrees. Then, at the top and going clockwise, the legend in very crude writing is:
ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ
