Hello
I cant id it , I can read RONME ALTER and 17-4 in one side,
the other side is very damaged .
The size is the same of a one penny coin from England , is not made from a magnetic metal and i found it in Spain.

Your coin is an antoninianus of Probus, reverse ROMAE AETER, minted in Rome (thunderbolt mintmark).
