Are you sure it is 1795, and not a worn 1796 or 1798 date? No doubt you would have seen the above page - where there are six years on there - 1760 / 62 / 94 / 96 / 97 / 98 so no 1795 on there.
Apart from the last two dates on there, the prices go from $10 to $350 so is better than nothing.
P.S. It could be the other way of course, and it is indeed 1795 - but is not a 1 Kreuzer, and may be a 10 or 20 Kreuzer, for example. Does it look like the image on that link above - or do you have a picture?
I'm almost positive this is extremely debased billon from the look of the wear on the reverse, and I'm almost positive this is a 1/2 Batzen and that Krause has the legend wrong (at least for this year). If, however, this is truly copper, then it's a contemporary counterfeit of a 1/2 Batzen.
