I would like to receive a message everytime the information about a coin in my collection is changed (addedd varieties, added years, etc). I'm aware that there is "See recent collection changes" under "Collection History", but, if I'm not wrong, it shows only the changes I made.

This will be useful when there is only one file KM# nn (with KM# nn.1 and KM# nn.2) and this is split in two files. Sometimes I want only one coin (KM# nn.1 or KM# nn.2) and sometimes I want two coins (KM# nn.1 and KM# nn.2).

No, there is also an entry when something was changed on a coin page ... the problem it is also called Update and you can't see what was changed (you would need access to the change history, at the moment only the refs and higher can see this).
