Token similar to Ottoman Empire 20 Para Galata & Unkapie Bridges passage token [solved]

This token has one side that is identical to the reverse of Ottoman Empire 20 Para Galata & Unkapi Bridges passage-token but the other side just appears to be the inverse image of the first side. The weight and diameter match the link above. I measured the thickness at closer to 0.9mm. Does anyone know what is going on with this token?
This was a problem when stamping the token. The previous token was not ejected and so marked the next token.

a 'capped die' error. If it was a US cent it would be worth $100.

Normally is the value of 'good' ones not much, because they are not rare.
But for this one, I w ould pay at least $10
