Another Chinese cash coin, identification help please.

Other side has heavy verdegris and nothing on it, is this a counterfeit then?

I actually tried to find this myself, but not sure.

Well, here's the thing.

The coin is either read clockwise or top to bottom and right to left. At first I thought it said "north round" when reading from right to left, but I think it's from before the first millennium so it's read clockwise.
