Trying to add a token

I have tried unsuccessfully to add a token to the catalog.... similar to this one..

After I failed, I tried using different computers and different IP addresses. None of my attempts worked

I have added coins before so the form filling part was easy enough. When I click on the 'Add coin' after uploading images and filling the form... all the fields in the form turned blank after a few seconds instead of the usual message that says it is pending verification

has something changed? what do I need to do differently? please let me know so I can proceed...thanks

Please give it a new try. Site was a bit lagging lately but should be back to normal now.

Just tried it again...here's what a part of my screen looks like before I submit... and then after I submit, all fields go blank ( It takes quite a while for page to go back to the blank form)

I could not identify the issue. Could you please provide more details?

• Is it occurring all the time or only that day? only for some coins? randomly?
  
• Is it occurring on all browsers? If only on one browser, which one?
  
• Is it working if you don't add a picture? If only some pictures are causing the issue, could you please send me the picture by email at xavier@numista.com?
  
• Are you connecting from a bad Internet connection?
  
• Any other specificity which could explain the issue?
  

Thanks for the suggestion, the problem must have been with the images. I created the page without attaching images and added them later. Process worked fine
