1784 Limoges (I) is the biggest mintage for this year (3.011.584), and the second biggest all years and mint included so it's not a rare one. However, despite its grade it's worth more than melt. Maybe 35$ / about 30€, maybe.
Also, be sure of the weight and diameter. Could be a 1/2, 1/5 or 1/10 écu as well (then values may be different).
