unknown countermarked coin [solved]

HI

Need help with this. I have tried to find out the origin of the coin, with no luck. It looks austrian to me. Happy with all the help I can get.

24 mm 1,20 grams

If you rotate the countermark side, you will see a crown below the rosette

I tried to find the countermark in my books but with no success. Perhaps someone with a knowledge of heraldry would recognize the shield, if that's what it is?

I have tried hard to find the origin of the coin, with no luck. Anypne?

I also don‘t seem to recognize the counterstamp.
coin looks to be from the low countries.
I might be wrong tough.
can you try to identify some of the lettering?
