India - travancore? Gold Fanam

Hello,
I came across a couple of gold fanams that seem to resemble Rama Varma V - Travancore.
There are some differences from what I am seeing in the catalogs.
Is this an earlier or later variety? Or are they not from Travancore?

Any help would be appreciated

This is a modern fabrication, #1.43.01 M, in Gold Fanams 1336-2000 by Hans Herrli.
