Vietnam 10 cash [solved]

Hi

Some years ago a friend of mine bring me back from a travel in China, 1 coin:


Weight: 4.20gr
Ø: 25,80mm
Tickness: 1,25mm
Metal: maybe brass (it's not magnetic).
It look like forged, I think it's a moderne copy but as I have not any knowledge I prefer to ask.
Is it a copy? And if yes, wich coin tend to copy?
