It seems that the Hong Kong 2 dollars 1993, diameter 28mm fits in
And by the way you don't need to mail registered to Europe when you swap cause we both get good mannered postal officies, so swap with France is not expensive.

Frenchlover,
Unfortunately w/in the last 6 months or so the US Postal Service has taken a position that anything other than paper is considered a parcel and must be mailed at that rate. So a banknote only trade you can still do cheaply, but if there is anything other than a very few, well hidden coins you will pay a minimum of $14 USD. My last three overseas swaps were (40-45 common coins to Slovenia-postage $24.50 USD), 8 coins & 4 banknotes to Spain- postage $14.50 USD), (45-50 common coins to Hong Kong- Postage $24.50) and the postal workers at the office I go to bend over backwards to try to get it to qualify as a letter, but anything over 3-4 coins just doesn't work. It has really killed our (Americans) ability to trade with anyone outside of the US other than Canada. (Rates are much cheaper to Canada)
That's so awful, here in France we can send whatever we want in a regular or padded envelope, it just has to be thinner than 3cm. Also, nobody checks what is in your envelope, they just ask the value to give you the right custom form (you can also do it yourself at home by printing your own stamps and post your letter in one of the mail boxes we have everywhere in the streets)
I would prefer to avoid this kind of rubbish stuff as they are not PVC-free and will slowly (and irreversibly) destroy your coins...
When I was a young collector, I stored my French coins collection into this kind of very-low-bad-cost things for a couple of years : the result was a sort of glue/dirty deposit...

I just sent a package to Canada and had to spend nearly $11 for a hand full of coins. Plus they made me fill out customs forms etc. Might have been cheaper to fedex it. Lol
