Israel 1 agora 5734 1974 something is completely wrong?

I just had a swap for the "matte" and it's just a bad 5734, "matte" in the sense of the word, but in numista the normal circulation isn't there! Please add a year line for the "circulation" coin?

On the other hand the prooflike is there with a mintage of 34.000.000 units..... bravo!

If I recall correctly, a coin that is matte had its dies sandblasted. So... I imagine the matte version would appear like bad versions of regular circulating coins, as you described yours. Could it be possible that all regular circulating examples from 1974 were also, in fact, matte?

It seems that the difference is quit obvious if you look at the date for 1974.. 

The position of the “ ל ” is the easiest way to spot..

I think so, but not that sure.. If the matte has a more "granular' rim appearance.. Than Yes..
Only you put the 2nd yellow line at the wrong number.. 

One of those things, I had forgotten to assemble the macro image with the yellow line, so when I centered the right images centered the yellow line moved….

 

When i have got more time & daylight (for the photos), i have at least another 5 where you can see the mint difference with the date.. 

Different denominaties than the 1 Agora, and not mentioned (with photos) under the comments..
