Clear fake from China sorry.
Several details do not match:
Teeths on outer rim, lettering different than on original, details quite crude, weight not matching...

The coin as represented in the photo has virtually NO wear and therefore should be extremely close to the listed weight for starters. Clearly a fake.

This kind of coins can be easily checked by the edge, this is an example of a real "rosette"
