I need a Spanish coin price (year: 1777)

I need help to set reasonable purchase price of this coin. Is from 1777 , 8 reales of silver (0.933), the condition is VF. On the internet sites selling prices fluctuate from $ 90 (american dollars) to $ 600, for this condition (VF). Thank you for your guidance.
I have some concerns.  Have you weighed it?  If so, what is the weight in grams?  What is the diameter?  If this is genuine, it is a Potosi (Bolivia) Mint 8 Reales, and it would be $120-210 American for VF-XF, although Krause prices on these are horribly unreliable.

There's just something off about the portrait -- in the area of Charles' neck and hair in particular -- and about the patina that doesn't look right for a Potosi piece of this year.  I could just be hyper-sensitive to fakes of this series, or it could be that there was some polishing done to parts of the portrait which is throwing me off.

Either way, if it's genuine and un-polished, I could see this getting an VF 35 or XF 40 at NGC, and a VF 30 to VF 35 at PCGS.

Just my two cents...er...reales.  I'm still new to the series, and I'm no professional grader.  Don't take my word for anything above.

I measured but not weighed. It has a diameter of 40 mm and by comparison with a piece of my property ( de 8 reales, Mexico, 1876) is more or less weighing 25 gr. I should clarify that the owner not allowed me to photograph the coin, so the image that I uploaded is courtesy of a friend of mine.
I'll see the details that you mention  and look for the KM to compare these details, if the person who has it let me to do it. Thank you
