Indian coin [solved]

Dear All,

I have this Indian coin that I cannot identify. I looked through the list of existing coins but it doesnt match any existing one.

The coin has a label of Afghanistan, but that makes zero sense. It is very close to several Indian principalities Rupee, but nothing matches.

Would appreciate the help in identifying it.
