Well, Amílcar Cabral was born in Guinea-Bissau, right? So I'm guessing the Guinea-Bissauan peso?
Wait, isn't he on both the 1,000 and 5,000 peso note? I don't have the 10,000 so I can't say anything about that one.

Yes, he is also on the 10,000. But he is on the first series 500 as well.
