This is the second of three coins I own that I don't know much about. Any assistance in more info about it would be greatly appreciated
The only info I transferred from its flip when I bought it years ago is as follows:
Ancient Medieval Bronze
Ghengis Khan Era
Scarce Choice condition
c. 1220 AD
Medieval Bronze Nummis

My Specifications
Diameter 13.5mm
Thickness 2.7mm
Weight 3.55g
Composition bronze or copper

Thank you for the lead. I agree that one side is very similar; however the obverse I think is different. Would this indicate that it may be a counterfeit coin and not authentic if the obverse and reverse don't match other coins?
I have added additional pictures that may be better, and a few links.

Any thoughts on these being correct

I have no doubt that your coin is real.
With the bull side, I´m not sure.
