Welcome to the site. 
Not much value, as they were given away free - the BP is British Petroleum, so one was given away with every purchase, I think. Either spend a certain amount in the filling station or buy so many litres/gallons.

P.S. There may be some people out there who would buy a free 'token' (which is what 'jeton' means in French) - here is the South African Bid or Buy site (equivalent of eBay) where R25 was paid for one ...
