When I match sales to coins, I need to find a grade for these coins. However, this requires seeing both sides - which brings to what I should do with sales over 3 months old, where the page, and thus the other side, can no longer be seen. What should I do with these sales?
Quote: "Camerinvs"Hello, your message is unclear. Are you buying coins on eBay? Then why do you need the eBay pictures if you have the coins to grade them?
Whatever may be the case, you'll find older pictures on picclick. Select one of the options in the "Filter" menu on the left.
I believe this refers to looking at sold items on Ebay to try and gauge value.

When I match sales, eBay sometimes hides the sales, and thus the images, from view and I need to see both sides of the coin to give it a grade, hopefully, this clarifies.
never go by what the seller's grading is. They aren't perfect, only the buyer should grade it and decide if they want to purchase it. Also from my past working on coin forums etc giving values, ebay very rarely represents what a coin is worth. It's just what people are willing to pay compared to its actual values.

Yes, but after three months, eBay no longer shows the sale, meaning I cannot see the images to assess the grade.
that's normal. only the seller and buyer of the item needs to see those images after 3 months so only they have access to them. Still not clear why you need to assess coins other people have bought and sold though, sounds a little weird to me.

At the bottom of every coin page, go down to “match past online sales”
